  3. Believe it or not erratas happen ALL the time even for seasoned programmers. You will never find the perfect programmer and so by that extension you will never find perfect code. This is why games and apps even today have bugs. So you have to give this teacher some leeway in what he demonstrates. The up-side is that by being cognizant of those errors in real-time this makes you a better programmer; especially if you catch them before the professor.
