  2. People act like they're entirely incapacitated with no options. You live in Texas. You're in Fort Lauderdale. It's a 19-hour drive. After three hours, rent a car and drive home. Deal with customer service and a ticket refund later and get reimbursed for other expenses incurred, including lost income from work. It's not rocket science.

  6. "Innocent until proven guilty." They'll get their time in court, where the evidence will acquit or condemn. Jumping straight to "they're all guilty" because it "feels" right isn't the way to go.

  17. The justice system should change to a three-person council. Having one person decide a case seems wrong. With three people it makes the system more fair.
