  1. God wants nothing to do with any human governments, especially considering he has his own government with Jesus Christ as the ruler of it. The reference scriptures below are just a small example of the scores of scriptures that show God doesn't involve himself in petty political squabbles and governments. (Psalms 62:9)  The sons of men are a mere breath, The sons of mankind are a delusion. When laid together on the scales, they are lighter than a mere breath. Here's the god who really influences governments (give you a hint, it's Satan): (Luke 4:5,6) So [Satan] brought [Jesus] up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time. Then the Devil said to him: “I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. (Ephesians 6:12) we have a struggle, not against blood and flesh, but against the governments, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the wicked spirit forces in the heavenly places. (1 John 5:19) the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. Remember true Christianity is neutral of politics and doesn't take sides just like Jesus, the apostles, and most of the first century Christians did.
