As one of Jehovah's Witnesses it pains me to see a father go through such an ordeal. I would like to share words of comfort from the Bible. I understand Mr. Mohammad Abu-Salha and his wife are Muslim so I mean no disrespect. From my experience in the ministry I've met Muslims of many faiths who respect the Bible as inspired by God. So I hope these words - from God - reaches both your hearts and help you cope with your lose, your pain and your grief.
Jesus states at John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment."
Just imagine! Seeing your daughters and son-in-law living again exactly like you remembered them with their personality and their health all intact! Full of life and happiness. :)
(Revelation 21:3, 4) With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
Death will be no more; pain will be no more; sorrow will be no more. All those pains you feels today will be a distant memory in the future.
(Psalm 37:10, 11) Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
(Psalm 37:29) The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it.
You will never, ever have to worry about someone killing you, your wife, your sons, your daughters, your son-in-laws, your daughter-in-laws, your grandsons, your granddaughters. People will love one another and will never harm each other. This is the beautiful hope that Jehovah explains in his word. This is the hope that myself and millions of my brothers and sisters share worldwide with those sick of this system of things.
All my best to you Mr. Mohammad Abu-Salha and to your wife. May God help you. Know that God loves you, and I love you too. :)
