  9.  @jonanderson5137  No, there is no evidence outside of the Bible itself, that Jesus existed. None. And the soonest a book was written about Jesus after his supposed existence was 30 or 40 years. One of the gospels. I think it was Mark.

  11.  @rrf6747  I'm 63, got you beat by 1 year. I was in atheist from early childhood, I diverted into Christianity for a dozen years in my twenties due to a bump on my head. There's no reason to believe in any God. We just don't see any evidence that there is one so there's just is no reason. There's no reason to think there is something greater than us. Maybe there is? But why suppose it. My point really is humanity keeps being born generation after generation, lied to about the existence of a fairy tale God of some sort or another. I think we'd be doing a lot better as a human species if our brains weren't clouded with nonsense. Especially Christianity which is based entirely on human sacrifice.

  13.  @jonanderson5137  your 30 sources and 25 authors I assume you're referring to the New testament. You can't verify something's veracity with itself. And the secular source is you're probably referring to are referring to Josephus. And those have been discredited, debunked. There's no evidence a reference outside of the Bible, of any credible source of Jesus.

Why do you think human sacrifice is the ultimate solution an infinitely loving and creative God could come up with to solve the problem of his children pissing him off? Does this make any sense?   16.  @jonanderson5137  tacitus wasn't even born until 20 or 30 years after the Jesus supposedly died. Again no contemporary accounts of Jesus. None not even the gospels. They were written 30 to 100 years after Jesus's death. None of them were written while he was alive. We don't even know the authors of most of them.

He destroyed everyone on earth because they were making him mad. He requires human sacrifice to even stand to be in our presence? The Old testament it says that God created evil. In the Old testament God condoned and ordered rape, genocide, and slavery. I don't think he's a very nice God in the fictional story book Bible.
