I've been watching videos about manipulative people for a few years now. I have never ever seen so many people in the comment section, say that they feel they might be the toxic one. I'm wondering, is this audience new to these kind of topics? Too much mainstream media?

@DrTraceyMarks I think I'm on the same page as you. I think you put things so well, that many could identify. Yes, everyone seems genuine and not angry. I guess my suggestion for them is : Good on you for self reflection and please know that if you are concerned about these behaviors and want to change, that you are not a toxic individual, you may have just picked up some bad/toxic habits. Truly toxic people won't see or care to see this and change.
