  3.  @99guspuppet8  I know how that sounds. And I hate HOAs. I'm really an independent person. But to be fair, the structure like that in the front yard, a lot of neighborhoods might not like that. It could devalue other home values. I'm not trying to be hardcore I'm just looking at it a little differently.
