The Russians hold the left bank. Lastly, I'm talking about the Istanbul talks. Back then Russia only demanded Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk. By now two more oblasts have been added to the demands.

As for your secondary sanctions, all the BRICS states have already told the US to piss off, they don't care and we've tried military help for three years now and Ukraine keeps losing.
