  3.  @Arteus_Hoplit  Yes, that's what I meant. He got threatened and then didn't implement the agreements and got hawkish. Poroshenko outright said that he didn't plan on doing so.

  4. No, they haven’t. Russia had been clear from the start, they don’t care about temporary ceasefires because they correctly asses that that would only be a pause to give Ukraine a breather.
