Man, you are sounding like a tankie.
So:
1) Oh, so now it's the EU that is the Reich, not Germany. That the EU isn't even a state is of course also safely ignored.
So, out of interest, how does a Pan-German state (so it isn't a Reich anymore I guess) exist without Austria?
2) You are seriously arguing on the basis of a personal union from the 15th century that barely lasted more than 100 years when the German lands where politically united in one way or the other since before the Normans under Wilhelm the Conqueror ever set foot in England?
3) Is kind of answered by 2). That said, you are arguing based on what were already completely meaningless lines by then, as German nationalism had existed by then for over a century. In fact longer than your Kalmar Union did.
By the way, "unification" is always artificial as these things are political projects. That's no different from the French monarchs centralising their kingdom by slowly defeating overmighty vassals, except that that happened earlier.
And lastly, what the hell with the World Wars? The first one came about because of Russian Pan-Slavism and the desire to get street cred back.
