  1. I mean, pretty sure they said they would release a position paper, not a peace plan. Anyway, their paper on American hegemony is far more interesting. If you ask me, it spells out that war is coming to the Pacific. As for Ukraine, meh, China cares not and isn't putting any sort of pressure on Russia. Nor is India. Whenever the media tries to present it this way, you see nothing but wishful thinking.
