  2.  @ad_astra468  I should have been more specific, I meant in relation to its 1991 economy, though looking into it Moldova was just barely worse off in 2011, too, with Ukraine having only reached 75,9% and Moldova 74,5% of its 1991 level. Still terrible, but not the worst.

  3.  @buyshark3838  What I'm saying is that the European Bank for Reconstruction doesn't seem to have an impressive track record, you paranoiac. Besides, you are wrong. Speaking of the comparison with their respective 1991 levels, Ukraine was second to last in 2011 and is by now dead last.
