  1. My guess? He doesn't believe in the bulshit that the Nord Stream bombers and their lackeys in Brussels try to sell him. You'd be surprised how sobering it is to watch the EU continue trying to stop the Russian war machine through sanctions, apparently oblivious to the fact that they are already rolling out the 12th package when SWIFT was supposed to be the "nuclear" option. It's also just common sense to try and keep communication channels open.
