Is Russia pushing Europe further into an energy crisis? Nah, Europe is doing that all on its own (with some help from the Americans).

@jaunt3603 Said who? I'm saying that this faux outrage is hypocrisy of the highest order, one that we are always engaged in when it suits our geopolitical ambitions.

@jaunt3603 What's there to be balanced about? Europe decided to sanction Russia to oblivion and Russia has because of that slowly closed the tap (and then someone blew up three of the four Nord Stream pipelines).

@jaunt3603 That's true, it happened after Russia invaded Ukraine, after we in the West purposefully stalled the peaceful resolution of the conflict through the Minsk Accords and would rather build up Ukraine's military, after Russia intervened in a brewing civil war that came about by the Western sponsored overthrow of the Ukrainian government. And Russia took Crimea. And we blocked peace talks in April because Boris Johnson and Joe Biden see this as a fantastic opportunity to take down Putin before they move on to Xi in China. Did I miss anything? Frankly, I don't think we look all that well in this story.
