Pro-EU demonstrations are authentic grass-root movements which are in no way directed by western NGOs that would be targeted by the Foreign Agent Bill (but the EU can work on such a bill, because it's consistent with European values, just not when it's happening in Georgia), while anti-EU demonstrations are astro-turfed and literally mind-controlled by Moscow. By the way, DW News is lying by omission. They are making it sound as if the 2008 war was started by Russia because Georgia moved closer to the West. In truth the EU itself admitts that Georgia started the war.
