  1. He means modern "Western" tanks (as in tanks that are a good 40 years old and have been updated since then). Kiev has already been receiving tanks, but they were Soviet stock. Oh, and besides the fighter jets (which they will definitely send because escalating is all they know how to do) don't forget the submarine Melnyk wants.😂

The request is so ludicrous that I can only hope that he is trolling, but considering all the other demands...
