  1.  @deidresable  There wasn't a war, but it was the last time Germany was combat ready. It's a persistent myth that the state of the Bundeswehr is caused by some residual guilt over WW2 or some such and has been so since 1948, but that isn't true. The Bundeswehr declined from the 90s onwards.

  4.  @sus10651  No, it did not. Only once, and the Fuhrer wasn't Prussian. WW1 began because Serbia sponsored terrorism in Austria and it was Russia that escalated a Balkan crisis into a European one. Those are your culprits.
