But sure, let's pretend that taking territory quickly is part of Russia's strategy: they still made more progress in April than Ukraine did in their offensive last year (if we ignore for a moment that Russia actually made a net-gain last year during said offensive). As for the mobilisation, yes, they did that around eight or nine times already. Always ending up in the same situation, a lack of manpower. Gee, I wonder why?
