There seems to be one obvious fact that isn't so obvious & wasn't to me either until you think about it. Why would the Orcs want 150 km more of a front with Ukraine. They are already stretched to thin as it is. But that doesn't mean they didn't blow the dam. Draining the reservoir will give them of a new battle front. They just blew a small portion of the dam hoping it would stay small. But of course flooding washes away dams. So instead of flooding the islands downstream (smart) they actually sent a torrent downstream doing more damage to themselves (typically dumb they do). Now they will have a river & not a wide body of water to hold back the enemy. In about a month of hot weather this will become a nightmare battlefield for them. One that only stupid little putin could have created along with his moron military. Or . . . They don't plan to have the territory soon so whether it is a river or reservoir doesn't really matter.

I see little putin's position of power being very shaky in the kremlin power circles already. If you think back a few weeks, he has made some appearances at a school & two other functions. Very unusual since he was speaking all the time. I won't say the bunker rat will be replaced by the end of the year. But if I had to bet, that would be my wager.

@jmhorange Or . . . Crimea will easily fall like Kherson after being cut off. You are forgetting the mental dwarf putin & his circus side show of a military. I'm thinking pedophile putin hasn't considered all his options at all.

@WightLad811 Apparently they did plan to just blow the top portion of the dam (which still took a lot of explosives) in a limited release to just flood the islands. You are right it would do more damage to the Orcs. But stupid little putin isn't a hydrologist & realized the rest of the dam would be swept away afterward. And there is no evidence doing really dumb things to harm their troops would stop them.

Watching impotent little putin squirm around and make wild claims is a little cringe. But generally watching the bunker rat's circus clown car of a military run around & bumbling every thing is fun to watch. And who doesn't like to watch a circus clown car unpack 17 people that couldn't possibly hold that many. LOL!!

Could be hell to pay after the war. Along with more crippling sanctions. I'm not sure any extra have been leveled for war crimes yet. All petty dictators get away with if for a while. A little like asking 'why have laws against robbery if they just keep robbing banks?'. They just haven't been caught yet.

It is rather pathetic when their own ministry presents some blurry videos of harvesters & tries to pass them off as proof of leopards. Then to cap it off, they waste a couple of coronets blowing up two of them before realizing they weren't tanks at all. The circus side show of the russian military continues to entertain!! I'm sure the farmer was not too amused. Stupid little putin (or whoever replaces him) will receive a bill after the war.
