  1. Erdogan will need IMF loans. Unless he starts defaulting on other loans, his only path to these will be to concede on letting Sweden join. There will be other pressures brought to bear. There may also be demands he leave NATO. Although the complications of this are unknown right now. That way he can buy all the decrepit soviet equipment he wants.
