  1. LOL!! Values of currency pairs (one vs another) are of little concern. The people sometimes want a strong currency for little more than pride. But a strong currency is many time bad for business. You want it to stay within a range & I think the Euro is still where it needs to be. Seeking save havens with USD would be advisable (maybe) for investors. But for the average person it is of no concern. That doesn't mean sinking value in the Euro isn't something that shouldn't be watched of course.
