  2. So the little freak of the DPRK needs help? His people are suffering & he knows where to get help for them but does nothing. Seems like we should expect little else in his behavior.

  3. It is known China under reports. Many sources inside China confirm this to some degree. The border between China & DPRK isn't as porous as it once was.

  4.  @krollpeter  I agree with all that. But the flood of people crossing has slowed quite a bit. Even those that can pay are finding it harder.
