  1. Congratulations Roman!! I hear Portugal is a wonderful place. Stay there if you can & someday either make it your permanent home or find your forever home from there. My ex moved there because of so many pluses. I think she eventually came back to the US. But if you know my ex, she researches EVERY thing. So you are in a good place with very few drawbacks.
