  1. (15:09) They can quickly clear a path with a line charge called MICLIC. The line is explosive & will set off all pressure mines. I'm not familiar with all the details but I believe the line is about 300 m long in the modern version. So you may need more than one charge to cross a mine field. There are several videos about these that will tell you all about it. (25:05) The lost tanks were M60's I believe. My memory probably fails me, but Iraq '91 there was one Abrams disabled. I think it was disabled in action & had to be destroyed by it's crew. Double check someone that has more historical facts than I do on that one.
