I think the video assumes all photo evidence of nuclear silos to be evidence of nuclear expansion. It is clearly expanding but not necessarily one missile per silo. Many may be 'feints' with one missile per complex or possibly none. The new aircraft carrier has been stalled for about a year. Adversaries of course, can't plan on a slow down or dummy sites. But concerned countries need not plan for the worst either. It is also reported that Chinese subs are one of the easiest to track. I'm not saying an inexperienced expanding military force isn't a threat. If I'm in Australia, NZ, Japan, Indonesia, etc, I'm not going to be digging a bomb shelter quite yet.

Young Chinese Whatever you want to believe. Homeless would always be here even if we weren't building the military up.

A few of us that watched russia's performance in Chechnya in the mid 90's then again in the late 90's. Then South Ossetia in 2008 were not too surprised when russia did poorly in 2022. I personally had a sick feeling in my stomach that russia would do much better after Feb 24. Even though my head thought Ukraine would do well I never dreamed this well of course. It's funny . . . All the indicators were there but I still thought russia would 'roll' somewhat & the west would lose interests like in 2014. I had been a few times between the Chechnyan wars. And the sentiment in russia was seething towards Chechnya. In 1999 they were absolutely convinced they had been attacked in the Moscow apartment bombings. No one suspected it had been putin in his accession to power. This was at a time when free speech was very much a thing in russia.

@animenation5324 Stopping traffic for a dignitaries in China, US, Russia, verses what private citizens can do is off subject. Unless you are trying to make a point.

Whether this will be the final offensive or not, will depend on whether the Kremlin bunker rat can convince the circles of power around him, that he is more an asset than a liability. Tic Tok Chuckles the Tsar Tic Tok.
