  1. Very nice Enforcer Matt. I think there is some solace to take about a Russian launch even of the tactical kind. Part is the joke about Russian maintenance which alone should help the rest of us sleep better at night. The likelihood that a break in the 'human launch chain' in Russia makes me sleep even better. Even if there is a launch it is likely 'gremlins' would cause even more failure. You can talk about human launch chain failures in Russia, those are apparent. I won't speculate on gremlins.
