I have long thought of Ukraine as an oasis or aeronautical innovation in a region that has been frankly lacking that (yes, including Russia). And from the start of this conflict it is painfully obvious that even good allies many times drag their feet in providing weapon. Ukraine will have to become a weapons producing leader. Which is good in a way because it is a money maker. But bad in another putting off several other areas for now. It will be survival. I would personally form strong bonds with those that gave the larger percentage of GDP & didn't hesitate at all in help Ukraine. If I were the President of Ukraine after the war, I would be cautious who I form close military & intelligence ties with. Politely thank everyone that helped, but keep a close eye on those that hesitated.
