  1. There is a great responsibly also to society. Maybe even larger than to your family if you live in a country with a mad-dog leader. Where is the responsibility to your family if you sit idly by for years letting the cancer grow that may one day effect your family & many millions more? I feel bad for some, but not many & not very much. They made their bed . . . And you know the rest.
