  1. No . . . Years of training for officers. Months of training for enlisted to be anywhere near competent. And those would be just to float the darn thing. No carrier capable aircraft. Many more years of flight training . . . Just to float around in a bathtub size theatre of operation? Now, if you find any corvettes about to be scraped . . . But the Turks won't let those pass either.

  2.  @MrBrian260269  An island would be better. There are none that Ukraine can claim yet. Maybe Crimea later? You can't sink and island & you get a much longer runway.
