This is the part that I fear the most. Fat little putin would be arrested about 2 minutes after giving an order for a nuclear strike against the West. Using tactical nukes he is probably a bit freer to do so. But all battery commanders have a second phone number to call if they get that order. In a nuclear accident, I can't imagine that the Orcs don't have some safe guards. But this is what putin may do if he sees his days are numbered. Since it would effect russia too, you have to figure many in kremlin circles of power just don't care. Or maybe there are safeguards in place in russia & we just don't now about them. The West has already given them incentive not to do that. But if Chuckles the Tsar thinks the 'jig is up'. Who knows?
