Forgive me doubting, but Tuva is one of the federal districts of russia (supposed to be a republic but that is laughable) that is most exploited yet still absurdly loyal to the puppet master putin. These dissidents you show outside of Tuva will have little influence on those inside Tuva. The Orcs have been stealing them blind for years & taking all the men off to war (300 Tuvans for every 1 in Moscow). The very small population isn't incapable to repopulate the land. I think they are down to 120k now. Good luck to these few wanting to break away.
