Towards the end he blamed all in his officer corp. He blamed the whole German people abandoning the effort. And wished them to be destroyed. Yet to see the parallel to that yet. Time will tell.

He was in a position that most nations would have military experience man. Not all do. I think he did have some military but very little. His medals as you suggest were a sham. But this is true of all Russian military. Only surpassed by North Korea in gaudiness.

@stevemcgowen It started quite some time ago. I think his security chief is still rotting away in some prison. Military commanders changed out like we would change socks. If only the Special Military Blunder would have gone well. Such a disappointment for Team Evil.

The dwarf emperor of the Kremlin is setting himself up as the only one to blame. Seems like he would keep some lackey around the whole time so he could blame them just before the end.
