If only it could be. It is outlined in the UN Charter that it can't be done. It is after all a gutless, meaningless, organization. And not just the current events. It has been shown time & time again how impotent it is. BUT . . . It could be the dismantling of the UN could be done & reconstituted under a new charter.😈Be careful what you wish for though. New name would be in order. I vote Nosy Neighboring Countries Poking Their Nose Into Your Affairs Organization. NNCPTNIYAO kinda rolls of the tongue, doesn't it? I can assure you that any organization meant to bring order can (and most likely will) be distorted. But I do agree, something need to be done.
