@Piccyman1 I think they are trying to equate the few atrocities in Viet Nam with the whole sale, state encouraged, brutality going on in Ukraine now.

There is more decent being shown publicly. Some Russian YouTubers are using the phrase 'war'. Many 'Russian on the street' interviews are critical & prone to mock the government. Not a landslide yet, but it is growing. '1420' channel is getting more interviews that talk more freely.
