  2. Besides being all a part of putin's cunning plan, I think what you propose won't work. Why would NATO want to consider that? I do see bits of russia falling away that will need help. Like Khabarovsk & Primorsky. But who wants to put their foot in that if China decides to invade? This break up may be a bit 'sticky'. Besides just the tribal regional disputes.
