  1. I doubt if China will speak with any authority from russia. But if little putin doesn't except the crumbs from Paris, Xi might turn more against him. So . . . Win-Win even if nothing is likely to come from the peace talks.

  5. Little Pooter got his Little Pooter caught in his zipper this time. Many more actions seen as weak will cost him his life. So Xi bringing him a proposal from Ukraine that will return it's borders will cost putin his life. But declining it to fight on, will eventually cost him his life anyway. All the Paris talks will turned down in moscow.
