  1. They have mentioned it many times. Did you want it mentioned in every report done about Odesa attacked or threats against Black Sea shipping? It is a definite bottle neck. It takes many truck loads going to Romania to the point that it almost isn't worth it. Trains are better but it still takes many trains to fill one ship.

  3.  @williamgreen575  It takes half a day to load a ship with grain and it is gone. It takes a week to send that many trucks, assuming you can find that many. It takes a few days & two very long grain haulers for the same to be done. And I know they don't have that many cars. Ports are much more efficient than hauling at distance to do the same thing at another port. I personally thank Romania. But you won't make any points whining about them whining about being victim. They are a little bit busy right now.
