  2. Too bad you didn't realize all this in Chechnya, S. Ostia, Syria, and all the other countries that have been put thru russian hell before. Now, all russian's will wear 'the stain' and be shunned by the world.

  3. The russians are taught at an early age to say what needs to be said to 'get by' with authorities. He seems genuine but you might reserve your pity. He may have excluded himself from ever going back. It will be interesting to see what he does to make amends.
