  1. Wait until the next 'monster to be' takes over from putin. (rolling eyes) Oh sure, they will end the war & there will be much sorrow over what the previous government did. But that was all on putin. The people were tricked & lied to. There will be a lot of 'can't we just be friends again?'. But give it a few years & it will start 'morphing' into Mad Vlad 2 or funny boy Joe Stalin 3. And the nations of the world will lose interest & stop monitoring them so closely.
