  3. Ummm. The world court wouldn't issue an order of seizure of a country. And even if they held residents of Konigsburg hostage (which they won't) putin wouldn't have the slightest interest in saving citizens over giving up his prize (children). You have to think like putin.

  4.  @Crsigox001  I'm not sure the worst in history. But very poor for a 'super power' of the 21st century. And if they hurry back home they might just be able to stop China's incursion into far east of russia.
