  1. As will all the temporarily occupied territories. Compare the welcome the UAF gets with those shown by the kremlin as their troops were welcomed. I think the difference will be startling. Now will be a time to plan the strategy to win the peace. As most of the territory is won back, you will want to call a cease fire in return for russia to return all POW's. Then give them a month to return all Ukrainians that were displaced to Russia. And stalling & the fighting begins again.

  2. There will be other demands more pressing than finding criminals but within the first few months, yes! Criminals large & small must be major negotiating points. I was thinking how hard all this will be to complete. I'm sure a team of lawyers all over the world are probably hard at work. POW returns first along with bodies of the dead & full reports. Return of the Ukrainians displaced to russia next along with bodies & reports. The interviews of some 2 million people to see if they want to be in Ukraine or russia will be a monumental tasks!! Criminals being given up falls somewhere after those. There is so much to do but I'm sure someone has a master plan. And if putin is still alive, solitary (my preferred method) or hanging?
