  1. Some have known russia to be pretty weak in fact. Not this weak. I suspect so myself but I am shocked how bad. Don't be sure they hold any sway with their red button of Armageddon. If their convention forces that they use all the time are in such a deplorable state, how bad are their nuclear forces that they never use? Even just the 'human launch chain' is no doubt full of those that would refuse to pass the order on. Very unlikely their weapons would fly at all. No one challenges them on this because no one cares about russia.
