There is enough in-fighting in the mighty (toilet totin') russian army for Prigo's anger to matter much. It does increase the comic relief when he says how every thing must be so corrupt for him to be ignored so much. The hypocrisy in Orclandia must be epic.

Prigo does surprisingly tell the truth quite a bit. Now given a chance to build his self importance up, he will lie at every turn. The only reason I suffer thru some of his talks is he is very blunt & truthful sometimes. He has corrected the MOD many times when they said the defense of Bakhmut was collapsing or Wagner had taken much more than they really had.

@antoniussamuelson3748 Oh yeah. Because who could ever bribe a member of a mercenary group? They would be 100% loyal to Prigo no matter what.
