I have wondered if Ukraine started rolling up the Russian army, if the village idiot of St Petersburg would turn to nukes. I don't think his regime would tolerate him getting to a 'losing bad' stage. But if he did get that far, would the chain of command to launch breakdown? There have been 2 historic events where this didn't happen. And even if the nuclear chain of command didn't break down, would the missileers act on it? I think one of the demented dwarf's underlings would have taken his place by that time. And tactical weapon movements & activities are tracked. I'm sure NATO has taken steps (recently reported) to shoot this idea down literally. Imagine the outrage if nukes are sent into a country Russia hasn't even declared war on. LOL!!
