  3. I'm sure Chuckles the Tsar wouldn't take a chance on ACTUALLY being at the parade. Bad things could happen there. He did apparently attend some ceremonies before hand. Then the bunker rat probably crawled back into his hole.

  4. The russian people are at grave risk in fact. From domestic threats. The only other thing they have to worry about is being forgotten by the rest of the world.
