Despite Russia continuing war crimes or starting new one, there will be no change in the outcome. It is really a matter of how many generations the average Russian wants to be an outcast & known as a bloody Russian. For Putin it is a matter of how many years he wants his grave spat on from people around the world. You can't make their military any more of joke than it already is. Putin can only be hung once. Russia & it's people are on the bottom rung of reputation.
