  1. Humm . . . If you take each countries' defense budget. You take away from that for maintenance, upkeep, pay/benetits, development of new systems you are left with 40% (?) to fight adversaries. If you split between the two main ones Russian & China you could afford to give 20% to Ukrainians to fight Russia each year. I would say 20% of the West's defense budget would keep them well stocked. And if it doesn't, I can pay more taxes to a very worthy cause. Ukraine fights them now or all of us pay a LOT more later. Your choice. PLUS a peace settlement & reduction of sanctions may include very large reductions of nuclear stock piles. How much would that be worth to ya?
