  2. In normal times he would never use nukes. But as his time runs out & he is backed into a corner more, he might like to in the desperation to save his worthless hide. But by then, he will have lost so much power he won't be able too. He has probably passed that point a while back.

  4.  @boink800  Faced with inhalation of his country, a leader would be duty bound to nuke the other side. Yet they wouldn't be considered 'Mad'. I think putin seeing his own demise, might do the same. He is mad. But maybe not in that way.

  6. @CIS101 It is doubtful putin could survive UA moving much closer to Crimea. Much less being pushed back to 2021 borders.
