  1. I think we might be seeing a desperation move to save the regime, if not Putin. They may be waiting to see how the call to mobilize goes. They might carry through with it if the Russian populace meekly accepts it. I don't really see them quietly accepting mobilization. There will probably be a call to find someone to blame for this mess first. And surprisingly it may not be the dwarf emperor himself. Not right away. 🤣
