  1. I think most of the Russian disinformation is for internal consumption & those international partners gullible enough to believe it. I don't think Putin intends to use as a pretext to attack. However, it might be wise for all Nordic, German, UK, and so on to go on a higher level of monitoring. I think russia is in a bit of panic mode on some things. Nothing to worry about just watch a little closer.
